This month's theme supports the balancing of all major chakras as well as the aura, or collective energy field, using color and crystals. The tools in your box may be used in many different ways. In the videos below, I have demonstrated a few layouts and grids. Each of the 7 major chakras vibrates at a certain frequency, which coincides with the frequency of the associated color. The use of color, whether by crystal or other tool, helps tune each chakra to its optimum vibrational pitch, restoring health and balance.
Try using the heart as the keystone of a grid. Use the crystals and soap for a soothing, therapeutic bath. I cant wait to see your creations!!
