Peace to you! I am so glad you found me!

My passion is supporting people in releasing shame and healing trauma to allow the natural expression of their sexuality.

I describe Tanta as the "philosophy of non-duality and also as "the path of indulgence", where we are encouraged to follow our desires, rather than suppressing them.

​

I would be honored to lead you in the exploration of Tantric philosophy and practices, with the intention of examining the connection between sexuality, sensuality, and spirituality.
